General Terms and Conditions of Merejka Sp. Z o.o. for Wholesale Clients
- Our general terms and conditions exclusively apply to all deliveries and services unless we have expressly agreed something else in writing with a customer. General terms and conditions of our customer do not apply at all. Our general terms and conditions also apply if we unconditionally supply in full knowledge of contrary or deviating conditions of the customer.
- Please use email@example.com for wholesales ordering.
- The minimum order is 100€.
The time of processing order is 1 working day. As usual we have all products in stock, but in case when we need more time for processing your order – we’ll notify you about this immediately. In case when some item is out of stock, you will have possibility to get it with next order. We won’t send you that product via separate delivery.
- The order is finalised and can’t be changed after email confirmation of the order. If you like to make changes in your order, it could be happen till payment proceeding.
We work with partners using advance payment.
- Starting working with us, please provide us following info:
- registration number
- VAT number
- contact person(s) name and surname
- for delivery
- The bank transaction is accepted as payment method. All account details will be delivered in the invoice.
- We use EMS operator for shipping. Please notify us in order comment, if you like use other delivery company.
The delivery term is 7 – 10 days. The shipping cost is building according delivery company prices.
- Please, pay attention, that it is customer responsibility to pay all tariffs, duties, taxes and shipping costs.
